This is one of his new characters Michael.

Character description from Vinomath:
He's an otter as well as the owner of a humble bar in a small town. He's a simple man, and carries old world values mixed in with modern ones. Very polite and friendly, Michael is very transparent about what exactly goes on in the bar, and considering its novelty, sometimes word gets out and people travel just for it! The bar sells transformation drinks that last as long as the alcohol is in their system. Michael ensures that everyone has a good time and the bar, and invites you to pull up a seat!
